The Plunge

Built for contrast therapy: step out of 190-degree heat, rinse under the outdoor shower, and slide straight into the pool a few feet away. The cube wears charred-dark cladding outside and light cedar inside, with a glass front that throws warm light across the water at dusk. A wall-mounted HUUM Drop heater holds the stones, LED strips under the benches and behind the slat backrest handle the glow, and a louvered screen shields the entry off the travertine deck.
